Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left giving you details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.We do not deliver to BFPO and PO BOX addresses
